To know that you do not know is the best. To think you know when you do not is a disease. Recognizing this disease as a disease is to be free of it.-Lao Tzu

— Improve your daily digestion and reduce Intolerances

Understanding how your body works and what body type you are is key to creating a better digestive system. If you are having chronic problems with bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation, or a feeling of heaviness in the belly it is important to seek medical advice. If the results come back inconclusive it could be issues with stress or leaky gut syndrome. Food intolerances can be a direct result of these problems and further lead to stress on the pancreas due to increased enzyme demand or nutrient deficiency due to malabsorption.

There are ways to diagnose what foods are causing an intolerance. This can be done by methods of elimination or by a simple blood test such as Antibody Assessment Tests. This test determines whether there is a reaction to a particular food. Once these food intolerances have been identified,  the results can then be analyzed further to make a treatment plan suited to the person. The treatment includes eliminating the affecting foods and the regular intake of good quality supplements such as Multli-Vitamins, Enzymes, Probiotics and Omega 3’s.
