The Health Benefits of Coconut and Cocoa

Coconut flesh is highly nutritious and rich in fibre, vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous.
Cocoa Powder amazing benefits includes stabilizing blood pressure, supporting brain health, a good source of antioxidant, maintains cholesterol level, treats diabetes, cure bronchial asthma, contain healing power, reduces obesity, strengthening cardiovascular health, a mood buster, helps treat constipation, prevent cancer, and support skin health.
 

Ingredients
1 cup of shredded coconut
3 tbsp maple sirop
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp vanilla paste
pinch of salt
85 gm vegan dark chocolate
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut oil

 
 

Method
Blend in first 5 ingredients in a blender for 20 seconds. Then take the mix and mold into rectangular shape of use a nigiri maker (works well). Put into freezer to make hard.In the meantime melt the chocolate, then add cocoa powder and oil. Take out the coconut mix and dip in the chocolate sauce. Put on parchment paper and back into freezer for 30 mins then transfer to fridge.
