Small block of frozen spinach ( I couldn’t find fresh) (iron and magnesium)

Red pepper (iron and magnesium)
Zucchini (iron and Magnesium)
Onion (iron, magnesium and chromium)
Chick Peas (iron and magnesium)
Almonds (iron and magnesium)
